Refund & Return Policy
Because all artworks sold on TIMELESSTAY are custom-made and created specifically for each customer based on the photos and preferences provided, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has entered production.
Please review your uploaded photo(s) and order details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The artwork arrives damaged due to shipping
• There is a clear production error that differs materially from the confirmed order details
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Each request will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind or personal taste preferences
• Requests made after production has begun
• Low-quality, incorrect, or unsuitable photos provided by the customer
• Minor color, texture, or artistic variations, which are inherent to artistic creation and screen display differences
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
