All artworks sold by TIMELESSTAY are custom-made and produced individually for each order.

Production Time:

• Artwork creation and preparation typically takes 3–5 business days after final design approval.

Shipping Time:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

TIMELESSTAY is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
