1. ABOUT TIMELESSTAY
TIMELESSTAY operates an online store offering custom-made digital and physical art products, including AI-assisted artistic recreations based on customer-submitted images. All products are made to order.
2. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All products sold by TIMELESSTAY are custom-made based on the information and images provided by the customer. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Minor artistic differences, stylistic interpretation, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify as defects.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use and submit the images provided.
- The images do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.
- The information you provide (including email address and order details) is accurate.
TIMELESSTAY is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION
Our artworks are created using artistic judgment and AI-assisted processes. The final result may differ from the original image in style, color tone, or composition. These differences are an inherent part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artworks, designs, website content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of TIMELESSTAY. Customers receive the physical product (if applicable) but do not acquire commercial reproduction rights unless explicitly stated.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TIMELESSTAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
